Dispatchers have at a glance all trains as well as their <strong>planned<\/strong> and <strong>actual capacity<\/strong> utilization in the operators&#8217; own TMS systems.<\/p>\n\n<p>The challenge with the Cockpit module was to reconcile these <strong>operational processes<\/strong> with the <strong>commercial interests<\/strong> of the operator. The intermodal products sold <strong>online<\/strong> had to be presented in such a way that only those can be booked that the dispatcher considers marketable based on his experience of the current situation.<\/p>\n\n<p>Capacities can be adjusted directly to respond even faster to changes in the overall system.
