The heart of a booking is its table of contents. Both the customer and the service provider can only benefit from automated checking and monitoring of their transports if systems have the relevant information.

This information is in the booking or may be generated by IMSLOT. Each booking is subdivided and clearly structured in folders.

The structure is functionally prepared. It thus guides the user through the booking process in a focused manner. Information can be left in these areas. Any information missing for the validation will be displayed to the customer as a warning before the booking is sent. This creates high-quality and process-oriented bookings by customers with their service providers.
